What is a HotSpot?

A HotSpot is a small perimeter in a facilites where wireless broadband is available to anyone having a laptop computer. They are very useful in situations where boredom is inevitable, or where one can sit and grab some lunch. Some examples are:

Waiting in the waiting area while an automobile gets repaired.
A gas station with a sit down eatery.
Truck Stops
In situations where a customer is at your facilities and they must wait for you to complete some type of service, they will be less prone of anxiety if they are able to relax in your waiting area, check their email, stocks, or browse the web. Eroding impatience will give them a more pleasurable experience at your facilities regardless if they have to wait.

If your business draws mobile customers, such as truck stops, or gas station eaterys, a HotSpot will draw more customers. It will cause your revenue to increase, due to them spending more time at your facilities and purchasing food and drinks. It will also cause them to be a repeat customer if their experience is pleasurable.
